Mediterranean cookery

This course would suit the advanced cook and novice alike. Covering a range of classic and lesser known dishes. Learn how to make a truly authentic Valencian paella, Italian summer minestrone finished with fresh pesto, and rack of lamb with herb crust and ratatouille. Wonderful light healthy and visually stunning food.

This course is subsidised by Danum school so the cost is an amazing £75 for 6 sessions
the proposed date for the course to commence is Wednesday the 8th of June 6-8pm, we require a minimum of 14 participants to run the course so this date may change
